EZMatch is an adult-only dating app. This Child Safety Policy explains how we protect minors, how we expect our adult users to behave, and how you can contact us if you have any concerns.
Target audience & age restrictions
EZMatch is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, access our services or interact with other users. You must not misrepresent your age, create an account on behalf of a minor, or allow any person under 18 to use your account. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that appear to belong to minors or that are used to enable access by minors, and to delete associated data where appropriate and permitted by law.
Handling accounts of minors
If we learn or reasonably suspect that an account belongs to, or is being used by, a person under 18, we may take steps such as temporarily suspending the account, asking for additional age confirmation, limiting features, and, where appropriate, permanently closing the account and deleting associated data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child is using EZMatch, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
Content and behavior involving minors
Any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers or targets minors is strictly prohibited on EZMatch. This includes, but is not limited to, sexual comments about minors, attempts to arrange meetings with anyone under 18, sharing or requesting sexual images of minors, or using our service to groom or exploit minors. We may remove such content, suspend or terminate accounts, and, where appropriate, cooperate with app stores or law enforcement authorities.
Data collection and children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. Our services are designed and marketed for adults only. If we become aware that personal data from a child has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete that data and to close any related accounts, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Parental guidance & device controls
EZMatch is not intended for use by children or teenagers. If you are a parent or guardian, we recommend that you use the parental control features offered by Google Play, the App Store and your device operating system to restrict access to adult apps, set content and age ratings and manage screen time. If you find that your child has downloaded or is using EZMatch, you should remove the app from their devices and contact us if you believe an EZMatch account has been created for them.
Reporting concerns
If you believe that someone using EZMatch may be under 18, or if you see content or behavior that could put a child at risk, please report it to us as soon as possible. Where in-app reporting tools are available, you should use them to flag the relevant profile, message or content. You can also contact us by email at [email protected] and include any information you can safely share, such as profile names, screenshots and the date and time of the incident. We will review your report as quickly as we reasonably can and take appropriate action, which may include disabling accounts, removing content and, where necessary, contacting Google Play and/or competent authorities.
