How do I create an EZMatch account?
Download EZMatch from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and follow on-screen instructions to sign in with your phone number, Facebook, or Apple ID (on iOS).
Why do I need to be at least 18 years old?
EZMatch is a dating app for adults only. People under 18 are not allowed to use the service. We close or restrict accounts that we believe belong to minors or that misrepresent age.
How can I delete my account?
Inside the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the instructions. Your profile and conversations will be permanently removed within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Payments & subscriptions
How do I become a VIP user?
Inside EZMatch, open the Premium or VIP section and choose a plan that works for you. Purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play and will appear on your store receipt.
How can I cancel a subscription?
Subscription management is handled by the App Store or Google Play. Go to your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, open Subscriptions, and cancel EZMatch there. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Safety & reporting
How do I report someone?
Use the report option inside the chat or on the profile of the user you want to report. Follow the prompts to tell us what happened. You can also email [email protected] with details and screenshots.
How do I block someone?
The block option is available in chats and on profiles. When you block a user, they will no longer be able to send you messages or see your profile in recommendations.
